Introduction to Bones for Life®

These dynamic and rhythmic movement lessons stimulate bone tissue and help guard against bone degeneration. You may also discover a greater ease, grace and strength in walking and all your activities.

Through Feldenkrais® lessons you can extend your range of movement, refine your dance skills, achieve greater balance, eliminate pain and enhance creativity.

In a series of short ATM's, we will explore some of the dynamics fo this complex activity.
